Tech Wonders
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and TCK Systems LLC ("we", "us") for the use of Tech Wonders: this website and your Tech Wonders account when used here. By using the site you accept them. The terms are written in English; where a translation of the site differs, the English text applies.
1. What the service is
Tech Wonders is a learning game about how technology works: short interactive lessons, each followed by a short test, with progress, streaks, badges and a Daily Wonder.
Lessons are written to be accurate and are checked against their sources, but they are a general introduction, not professional, technical, financial or safety advice.
2. Your account
You can play the first lessons without an account. To keep your progress and play on, you sign in with Google or Apple. The same account works in the iPhone app.
You are responsible for what happens in your account: keep access to it to yourself. If you are below the age at which you can accept these terms in your country, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.
You can stop using the service at any time. Deleting your account is done from the app or by writing to us; a subscription that is still renewing must be canceled first.
3. Free play and PRO
Playing is free. A free account plays with hearts: a lesson's first mistake costs one, and hearts come back over time. PRO removes that limit and adds what the PRO page lists at the time you buy.
We may add to or change the content and features of the service; we will not remove what you paid for during a period you have already paid.
4. Purchases
PRO is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or once for life, at the price shown before you pay. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it; you keep PRO until the end of the period you have paid for.
A purchase made in the App Store is billed and managed by Apple, under its terms, and cannot be changed from this website. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will look at it.
5. Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, use it to harm others, or use automated means to copy its lessons. The lessons, demos, art and code are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law; you may share links to them freely.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that is linked to a refunded or disputed purchase.
6. Liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; if a change is important, we will tell you in the app or on the site before it applies.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms, a purchase or your account: info@tcksystems.com. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
